Determining and achieving career goals can be both a challenging process which is why it can be highly beneficial to consult a career counselling professional.
CareerWorx provides a range of career exploration, planning and support services including:

Assessment can take place in our office or using our online assessement tools. A full printout of your results will be available to you along with relevant vocational information.

Needs analysis – Identifying your preferred work environment, hours or work and salary expectations is important to ensure that you develop suitable career goals.

Career information – We provide general labour market information, job profiles and occupational information. From information about what a job entails through to how much you can expect to earn. We will give you all the information you need along with self directed research resources.

Education and training – With access to extensive education and training databases, we can provide you with the information you need to know to make informed choices. Alternative pathways can also be explored including mature aged entry into TAFE or university. If necessary, we can help you with TAFE, college or university applications. We can also tell you all about traineeships, cadetships and apprenticeships - what they are and how to get one.

Career action planning – Your career action plan will help keep you on track with your career development. During career counselling your career action plan will be carefully developed to include specific actions that will help you achieve your short and long term career goals.

Employment/personal counselling – Our trained counsellors can provide general counselling in times of employment related or personal distress.
For your convenience, CareerWorx career counselling services can be delivered face to face in our office, by telephone or over the internet using MSN or Skype.
